BPM Weddings is a single operator mobile disco hosted by Wayne Davies, Offering a professional, personalised Wedding Disco and associated services for discerning couples celebrating their Religious Service, Civil Ceremony or Civil Partnership.
I like to make sure each Wedding I am booked for is not treated as 'Just another Wedding' and as such before any contracts are signed I encourage a free face to face consultation which is normally held at your intended reception Venue, It provides an excellent opportunity for us to meet to discuss your plans and to ensure I am suitable for your event.
This is backed up by my Interactive client area housed on my Website, This consists of in-depth planners and timeline tools which You can use to capture the details and running order or your Wedding. I also offer our popular Pick and Click Music Request tool so you can make lists of 'Do play', 'Play if possible' and Do not Play' requests.
I only use Modern, Presentable Equipment which I have selected for reliability, quality and presentation. My Sound System delivers a crisp, clear sound at low and high volumes without distortion and can be added to for larger venues, the lighting can be of a discreet or full on style to suit your tastes. Both the Audio and Lighting equipment is tested on a regular basis for Electrical Safety and compliance by means of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and I Hold Public Liability Insurance, Both measures that many venues require. All of my bookings are confirmed in writing with Invoices and Receipts being issued as Standard.
I also offer for hire our Venue Colour Wash service and seperate PA systems consisting of a professional I-pod dock and cordless Microphone for speeches and announcements which makes these systems Ideal for background music durying the cocktail hour and the Wedding breakfast or for other events that may not require a DJ such as cocktail parties.
